Cámara de conteo de plancton
La cámara de conteo de plancton es una herramienta ideal para cuantificar partículas y microorganismos en 1 ml de agua u otros líquidos transparentes. Diseñada específicamente para acomodar grandes cantidades de zooplancton, esta cámara presenta un bloque de plexiglás con ranuras mecanizadas con precisión y un fondo pulido, lo que garantiza una transparencia excepcional. Con su tamaño compacto, estas cámaras se pueden usar sin esfuerzo con microscopios estereoscópicos.

Características del producto
- La cámara de 50 x 20 x 1 mm (= 1 cm3) está graduada con una malla de 1 mm que subdivide 1 ml en 1000 μl.
- Se entrega con un cubreobjetos de aprox. 60 x 30 x 1 mm
- La rejilla no es necesaria para muchas aplicaciones, especialmente para los métodos APHA y cuando se analizan especies de plancton grandes.
- Es adecuada para su uso con microscopios convencionales y microscopios invertidos. – Se puede utilizar en combinación con oculares micrométricos.
Precauciones
- Si la biomasa es demasiado grande, puede diluir la muestra primero, luego agregar una solución fijadora (formaldehído o solución de Lugol) y luego realizar el muestreo y el conteo.
- Hay burbujas de aire debajo del cubreobjetos, compre un cubreobjetos pequeño y colóquelo en el área de conteo, o salte las burbujas de aire y no cuente.
- No frote vigorosamente con un paño grueso u otros objetos duros como cepillos, para no dañar el área de conteo del marco de conteo;
- No frote con un paño suave que suelte pelusa. Debido a su alta transparencia, es fácil ver el pelo pegajoso. Por favor, séquelo con un paño suave como un paño para espejos.
- Después de usar la caja de conteo, enjuáguela con agua limpia, seque su superficie con un paño de limpieza y colóquela en una caja de almacenamiento para guardarla.
- No la sumerja directamente en disolventes orgánicos o alcohol.
